Request Summary: I would like to receive any document or email containing instructions to visa officers relating to the assessment of eligibility of applicants of an open work permit under LMIA exemption code C42 (Spouses and common-law partners of study permit holders). More specifically, I'm looking for manuals, emails, briefing notes or procedures from IRCC or any Visa office abroad that give information, clarification or interpretation on the requirement of the R205c)ii, more specifically under LMIA exemption C42. I would like to receive documents on that date between 2017 and 2022. Exclude material that would require consultation for confirmation of a Cabinet confidence. Provide only final versions or latest versions (between 2017 to 2022) where no finals exist, remove all instances of duplicates, and remove all instances of non-relevant information where the context of the relevant information is not lost."
