Or section 67.1 (2) of the ad "Every person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of: (a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to both; (b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to a fine not exceeding $5000.00 or to both."
