Note: Under section 1 of the aforementioned form, found here; it states that "the applicant's name, project partners' name, project title, non-confidential overview, and amount awarded will be public information if the proposal is selected for funding by the Initiative." As such, this portion of the form should be released through the ATI process, along with the rest of the information that is not deemed to be protected under a relevant section of the ATI Act.
