I would like access to the following documents in machine-readable format: 1. any document describing the Risk Assessment Framework (RAF) used by the Board. 2. A copy of the PBC decisions for offenders who subsequently reoffended while on parole, since 2010. If it is not possible to obtain them in this manner, I would like to have the information necessary to complete the Decision Registry Request Form. 3. The list of recidivism risk assessment tools used by the Board (e.g. LS/CMI, SARA, RRASOR, SAPROF, Static-99, etc.). 4. The list of recidivism risk assessment tools used to specifically assess inmates who have committed sexual crimes, and those who have committed spousal violence. 5. Any document summarizing the mandatory training for Board members who are appointed at the Board. 6. The list of Board members who have served on the Board since 2010. For each Board member, the date of the beginning of his or her first term. If the Board member has left the PBC, the date of the end of his or her last term. 7. Previously received from the PBC in response to an ATIP (PBC File:A-2020-00019): "On March 19,2020,the Federal Court declared the transitional provisions of amendments to section 4 of the CRA, namely, section 10 of the Limited Pardons of Serious Crimes Act and section 161 of the Safe Streets and Communities Act, unconstitutional. The Court concluded that these provisions infringed on subsections 11(h) and 11(i) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom because they add to the punishment imposed at sentencing and deprived applicants of the benefit of the lesser punishment available at the time the offense was committed. In light of the above, the PBC no longer applies retrospectively legislative amendments made to the CRA in 2010 and 2012 (as it relates to eligibility periods and criteria) for all record suspension applicants who committed their most recent offence prior to the coming into force of these changes. The number of affected applications is significant. What is the cost of the contracts? How were the contracts awarded (public tenders, invitations to tender, by private tender, etc.)? 2- Details of the costs associated with the relocation of new Quebec Board members from 2010 to 2020. What are the costs related to the purchase or rental of houses or apartments, as well as moving costs, paid by the government? To which companies? What are the cities of departure and arrival of the moves? 3- What is the detailed nature of the "professional and specialized services", as stated in the financial reports from 2012 to 2020?
