Good day I am applying for copies of all records associated with the naturalisation of Cozma Balan. This request is being made under the Access to Information. Cozma Balan DOB: Not certain but believed to be either June 17, 1906 or July 1, 1906 Place of Birth: Romania. We are not aware of either his Citizenship or naturalisation certificate numbers. Cozma’s father George was himself naturalised April 21, 1924. A record of which is available on the Library and Archives Canada website, in case that aids in the search. He passed away in 1984
