The causes identified in the preliminary and detailed reports describes a minimum number of specialist(s) that should have been informed via email of the Event by providing to them the R-99. We are reiterating our requests, as follows: Emails that forwarded the R-99 to specialists, Proof of receipt of emails to specialist, title of Experts, and Division to which they were attached to. In addition, kindly provide the ID Tag Number( specific identification, unique number) of the failed relay.
