The former Governor General, Julie Payette, was investigated for bullying and harassing by the Privy Council. In September 2020, Dominic LeBlanc of the the Privy Council hired Quintet Consulting to perform the review at an estimated $88,325. I am requesting a redacted copy of that review to illustrate the damage done by a person in authority who harassess and bullies subordinates.
