J'aimerais SVP avoir accès à tous les rapports, mémorandum, lettres circulaires, avis, comptes-rendus, notes de rencontres, documentant ce problème et/ou documentant les discussions ou consultations externes à IRCC (autres minist`eres / départements, Association du Bareau Canadien, etc.) pour discuter de ce problème, ses causes, et de possibles solutions. Nous suspectons que les documents existent dans la période de mars 2018 à décembre 2021 - ce sont ces documents qui nous intéressent.
