On or about April 14, 2022, the VFPA issued a public statement indicating that it had selected Ocean B.C. Towing Inc. as the successful proponent. Pursuant to the Access to Information Act, RSC 1985, c A-1 we hereby request: (1) Copies of all bids submitted in response to the RFP (including appendices, annexes, and attachments); (2) A copy of the contract entered into between the VFPA and the successful proponent to provide any or all of the services described in the RFP (including appendices, annexes, and attachments); and (3) Any correspondence with the successful proponent.
