I would like to obtain the documents, memoranda, notes, reports, etc. as well as the correspondence between Statistics Canada officials (Chief Statistician, assistant chief statistician and department directors) and the Department of Industry, including Minister of Industry Tony Clement and his deputy minister for the years 2009-2012, on the reform of the Canadian census, and the elimination of the long-form questionnaire (questionnaire 2B) for the 2011 Census and the implementation of the NHS. I'm especially interested in the discussions that preceded the official announcement of the reform in June 2010.Organization: Statistics Canada
