Please provide: 1.) The current number of IRCC officers who have been diverted to assist in the processing of refugees from Afghanistan. Please provide a breakdown of the number of officers diverted to the processing of refugees based on processing office (for example IRCC Ottawa, Calgary etc.) 2.) The percentage of the IRCC officers (out of those who are currently authorized to handle case files related to Citizenship and Permanent Residency programs) who have been diverted to work on resettling refugees from Afghanistan. 3.) Any data (notes, plans, reports, policies) related to how long IRCC officers are expected to work on the processing of refugees from Afghanistan before returning to their previously assigned duties ( for example processing Permanent Residency applications). 4.) Any details (notes, plans, reports) on the expected impact of the Afghanistan refugee re-settlement program on the IRCC program delivery for Citizenship and Permanent Residency . For the purpose of this request, Afghanistan refugees refers to those being resettled into Canada as part of the international evacuation of civilians from Afghanistan since August 2021. For the purpose of this requests, the information being requested is based on current data as of October 15th 2021 or the date the information could be accessed by the processing officer (which ever comes later). For the purpose of this request, it is ok to omit any email records if they cannot to be retrieved efficiently.
