As well as any police reports or military reports (regarding training accidents involving the ship) The police File number is 67-701-1 . Other related file numbers Sechelt RCMP 67E 500-130. Transportation safety board file number 9704-21-669. “April 1976 Incident in Cooper/Madoc ontario: Hello, I'm writing to request any documents, reports, pictures or any related information in regards to a series of incidents in Cooper/Madoc area. These Incidents occurred around 1976. The Sudbury Star on June 12th 1976 printed an article saying that this was investigated and the information was sent to The National Research Council.
