Isaac immigrated to Rosthern Saskatchewan in 1924, was Party to several trials culminating in his conviction at Prince Albert Court House (charge: fabrication of evidence) in 1928. He served four years of a five year sentence and was deported to Russia in October 1932. The File is a Code 32 restricted File.
