In recent exchanges with IRCC Statistical Reporting Group, Chief Data Officer Branch, I was surprised some data would not be available in formats I was hoping for. Nevertheless, I believe some of that data is being stored in other formats. I would please like a copy of all documents describing the contents of certain data banks, such as documents describing fields, data types, accepted values, etc., diagrams representing such data banks, or metadata describing such data banks. We're looking for descriptions of IRCC data banks held by EDW, Statistical Reporting Group, and/or Chief Data Officer teams. We're looking for descriptions of the data banks holding data on the following topics , all relative to temporary residence applications : * Cases challenged in Federal Court * Client satisfaction or dissatisfaction * Volumes of calls or emails from immigration clients * Workload per officer and/or number of officers per office * CAQ approval letter formats ( MIFI approval letters 705, 733, 300 and 310 see : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/students-destined-quebec.html) To be clear, we are not interested in this request for the actual data in the databases / databanks, only documents describing them.
