I kindly and urgently request all information related to the reclassification/re-evaluation of job descriptions and categories for civilian employees & civilian members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 1974 and 1975 that led to the reclassification of employees and creation of the IM and TO Civilian Member categories that took effect on April 1st,1975. I would also require all information on how the pay rates were determined that were assigned on Apris 1st,1975 for these 2 groups. Information requested but not restricted to: minutes to Cabinet meetings, memoranda to Cabinet, business cases, reports, reommendations, documents; briefing notes and the like.
