Looking for all documents related to the sinking "Gulf Master", B.C January 11, 1967 in particular the Full Preliminary Inquiry done by Transport Canada looking for all documents from transport Canada regarding it. I currently have a copy of the Casualty report (ref. RG 12,vol.3852) from transport Canada. As well as any police reports or military reports (regarding training accidents involving the ship) The police File number is 67-701-1 . Other related file numbers Sechelt RCMP 67E 500-130. Transportation safety board file number 9704-21-669. As well any reports from the Military as they performed the helicopter rescue of the only survivor, sorry no reference number for that.

“April 1976 Incident in Cooper/Madoc ontario: Hello, I'm writing to request any documents, reports, pictures or any related information in regards to a series of incidents in Cooper/Madoc area. These Incidents occurred around 1976. The Sudbury Star on June 12th 1976 printed an article saying that this was investigated and the information was sent to The National Research Council. I would like to request any information about strange occurrences similar to this that happened in the 70's. Specifically, anything where the earth is disturbed or ufo's were reported.”
