My request concerns the "Report of the 2017/2018 External Audit (Detention Review)", found at the following link: https://irb-cisr.gc.ca/en/transparency/reviews-audit-evaluations/Pages/ID-external-audit-1718.aspx (the “Report”) The aforementioned Report discusses evidence and files on which the report was based, such as the “20 files with respect to 18 individuals held in immigration detention” mentioned at footnote 2, 30-day review hearing tapes mentioned at footnote 7, the “Case Review” mentioned at footnote 43, and several others.
