Please provide names of the officers incharge, designations, email addresses and phone numbers. - Provide details (if any) about the mechanisms that are available to the public through which complaints can be raised regarding the English tests to the IRCC. - Provide details (documents, memos, notes, circulars, manuals etc) about the mechanisms in place with the IRCC to ensure the integrity of these language tests. - Provide the number of investigations (If any) that were conducted on the English test providers by IRCC in the last 3 years. - Provide the outcome (documents, memos, reports etc) of any concluded investigations performed on these English test providers in the last 3 years. - Provide the number of occurrences of English language test fraud in the last 3 years that the IRCC is aware of (exclude forged/fake test reports submitted by applicants from this count). - Exclude all information that requires cabinet, PCO, DoJ clearance.
