Provide all documentation between the Federal Government and third parties other than Bombardier, including subsidiaries of Bombardier and the Province of Quebec, including emails, letters, memoranda, briefing notes, communiqués and Power Point presentations that directly or indirectly relates to the provision of loans totalling approximately $372.5 million, or any other form of assistance, loan, or public funding, to Bombardier and/or its subsidiaries for the CSeries commercial aircraft and Global 7000/8000 business jets. In answering these requests, ensure that all documentation, including emails, letters, memoranda, briefing notes, communiqués and Power Point presentations relating to any formal or informal requests by Bombardier or the Province of Quebec (including Investment Quebec, the Quebec Pension Fund, and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) to the Federal Government to match the Province of Quebec’s investment of approximately $1 Billion in Bombardier and the CSeries aircraft line or its investment of approximately $1.5.
