Access to the files that the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (“CNSC”) holds with regards to: a) Acsion Industrie inc., located at 24 Aberdeen Ave, in Pinawa, Manitoba (“Acsion”); and b) Iotron (now part of Sterigenic) located at located at 1425 Kebet Way, Port Coquitlam, in British Columbia (“Iotron”).
