The list of recidivism risk assessment tools used to specifically assess inmates who have committed sexual crimes, and those who have committed spousal violence. 5. Any document summarizing the mandatory training for Board members who are appointed at the Board. 6. The list of Board members who have served on the Board since 2010. For each Board member, the date of the beginning of his or her first term. If the Board member has left the PBC, the date of the end of his or her last term. 7.
