Excluding French documents where English documents are provided and copies of the following draft documents: Detailed Project Description, draft Application Information Requirements, draft Initial Project Description, draft Engagement Plan, draft Project Description Summary pertaining to what is now known as the "Ksi Lisims LNG" project (the "Project"): (a) Any and all records relating to engagement with the proponents of the Project (namely, Seven Generations Energy Ltd., ARC Resources Ltd., Rockies LNG, Western LNG, the Nisga'a Nation and any other relevant parties engaged relating to the Project). (b) Any and all records under which pertain to the aforementioned proponents' consultation or engagement with Indigenous Bands, Nations, Groups, Communities and/or Peoples, other than the Nisga'a Nation, relating to the Project. For both a) and b) we request all records dating back to the first such consultation or engagement which likely began in or around January 1, 2017. These records may include but are not limited to: records of engagements, records of individual comments, original correspondence, written materials or documents, written presentations and meeting notes, minutes or transcripts. The requester is aware of certain documents that are available publicly via the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry (the "Registry") and requests only those documents which have not already been made available via the Registry. In so far as they are available, digital copies of documents are preferred. The requester requests any records that do not require consultation or notification to be sent by a preliminary release.
