We are hoping to make a request for any records relating to the property located at/near 49 Pineway Boulevard, located in North York, Ontario. The Site is located at Part of Lot 21, Concession 2, York Township (North York/Toronto). See attached map for additional location details. The Site is currently occupied by a TNPI pumping station. Possible other pipelines exist running through the Site. We want any filed reports (like Notice of Contaminations (NOCs)), incident reports, etc.), any spill reports, and any other environmental reports. There may be Stantec reports identified during the search; we do not need copies of these reports but would appreciate a list if possible.
