Provide all documentation between the Federal Government and third parties other than Bombardier, including subsidiaries of Bombardier and the Province of Quebec, including emails, letters, memoranda, briefing notes, communiqués and Power Point presentations that directly or indirectly relates to the provision of loans totalling approximately $372.5 million, or any other form of assistance, loan, or public funding, to Bombardier and/or its subsidiaries for the CSeries commercial aircraft and Global 7000/8000 business jets. Billion in Bombardier’s transportation business are included in the disclosure. We request that this documentation be provided from February 22, 2017 to the present.
