Requesting any and all information on how the VIP Grant Determination Tool is used in applying the maximum VIP housekeeping rates, in particular to Nova Scotia. Also requesting how a veterans' lawn and driveway are measured, to arrive at the Small, Medium and Large rate ie: what is the acreage of the property that entitles someone to a Small, Medium or Large rate? Does it matter if the property is mostly treed, or if it has a combination of lawn, brush and trees? Requesting the mathematical matrix to determine if a driveway is Small, Medium or Large - what is the square footage of each of these criteria? With respect to the Cost of Living Increase for VIP rates, Please provide all information on the procedure of requesting an increase, in particular does the client need to prove that the service provider has increased their rates or will they be automatically indexed in January of each year?
