Include documentation related to the following facilities: Acquisition; Construction; NEB. Include an amortization schedule that demonstrate the planned repayment of interest and principal. Any currently available transaction records (dated January 2019 or later) reflecting draws against the credit lines for the three facilities. A copy of the Credit Agreement(s) between Trans Mountain Project Finance and Trans Mountain Corporation. Any agreements from funders other than the Canada Account/EDC that provide funds for the closing in May 2018. Include copies of any Credit or other agreements that detail terms and conditions, as well as related amortization schedules if applicable. Exclude: draft documents, duplicates, e-mails, media monitoring, French documents if they exist in an English format, portions of documents that have no relevancy to the subject of the request.
