Provide CNSC's own analyses of the International Atomic Energy Agency's review that Canada's rules and regulations for the management of radioactive waste and decommissioning of nuclear facilities fall short, and CNSC's briefing of the NRCan minister. Provide records on CNSC's own draft regul waste documents, the risk assessments done that they are based on, on moving ahead, and on whether these CNSC regul/dosc fulfill public regulatory and policy nuclear waste gaps, especially for protecting nearby affected communities. Include any 2019, 2020 performance evaluations, audits, inspections done to date of the GOCo consortium handling of nuclear waste projects.

We request the following: - a list of Independent Advisory Group (IAG) members and their related credentials / professional or academic qualifications - the terms of reference and operating procedures for the IAG - any communications between CNSC staff and the Commission members prior to the establishment of the IAG related to the development of the IAG, the development of the IAG's mandate and terms of reference and/or operating procedures, and the criteria for membership and selection process - any communications between CNSC staff and Natural Resources Canada prior to the establishment of the IAG related to the development of the IAG, the development of the IAG's mandate and terms of reference and/or operating procedures and the criteria for membership and selection process - a list of meetings (incluidng physical meetings, teleconferences, online meetings) of the IAG and the related minutes / meeting reports for each of those meetings, or related communications received from IAG members - copies of all emails, reports, briefing notes, presentations provided to or received from the IAG or IAG members acting in the capacity of IAG members Please provide the above in the its original digital format (pdf, doc).
