This is a request for disclosure of the following information: manuals, training modules, internal guidelines and regulations regarding the assessment process for becoming a panel member/physician participating in the immigration medical examination (IME) system. This includes the request for application forms, checklists, questionnaires, and the rules/guidelines applicable to the selection process.
