Please include any briefing notes, reports, plans, and e-mails that mention the anticipated date for all admissions. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant information without applying exemptions and identify them as not relevant.
