Hello, I would like to get a copy of the report showing the results of the average life of a building’s components, that is building and finishing materials. I found a document with the title "Average life of building components" on the following website: http://www.coph.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Dur%C3%A9e-de-vie-moyenne-des-composants-du-b%C3%A2timent.pdf. In this table, it says that this data is from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in 2018. But there is no reference to the study that produced the results of the table. I would like to obtain all documents related to the NPO, the Cité des retraités de l'Estrie Inc., known as Faubourg Ména'Sen in Sherbrooke. Such documents could include, but are not limited to, a Precinct Agreement with CMHC and documents provided by the Precinct in connection with the signing of an agreement with the Government, such as letters patent and/or general by-laws of the NPO. The NPO is now known as Orientation ephemeral and was previously known as Projet Cité des retraités de l’Estrie.
