For greater clarity, each request where CMHC’s activities are concerned shall include those of CHT as well. Likewise, each requests concerning MBS activities shall concern both of CMHC’s aforementioned programs. More specifically, we request the following information: 1.Copies of ineligible loan repurchase initial requests (via email, letter, etc.) sent to issuers by CMHC in 2017 and 2018; 2.Copies of advance notices of ineligible loan repurchases (via email, letter, etc.) sent by issuers to CMHC in 2017 and 2018; 3.Copies of reports prepared by CMHC regarding loan sample reviews conducted in 2017 and 2018.
