Meaning: Since the tracker (https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register) is new system in place, the ask to is to understand if there are any known bugs and what is the remediation plan to address the bugs? This is to understand why is it taking time for some paper applicants to register immediately (2-3 days from receipt of AOR) while it is taking considerably longer (3-25 days) for others.
