Under the Access to Information Act, I would like to obtain the following information: 1- The details related to the training of new Quebec Board members from 2010 to 2020. In other words, has the Board used external services for the training of Board members? If so, what are these companies or individuals? What is the nature of the contracts awarded? What is the cost of the contracts? How were the contracts awarded (public tenders, invitations to tender, by private tender, etc.)? 2- Details of the costs associated with the relocation of new Quebec Board members from 2010 to 2020. What are the costs related to the purchase or rental of houses or apartments, as well as moving costs, paid by the government? To which companies? What are the cities of departure and arrival of the moves? 3- What is the detailed nature of the "professional and specialized services", as stated in the financial reports from 2012 to 2020? How much was spent on what service? I want to receive this information digitally, in a format that can be read by Excel (machine readable).
