Request to obtain all documentation that answers the following: -The total number of complaints received by the Canadian Human Rights Commission against Correctional Service Canada, for the period of January 1, 2015 to today, May 11, 2020. -For each complaint, the requester asked that the place or establishment of the CSC where the alleged facts took place be identified, that all information concerning the purpose and outcome of the complaint be provided (complaint rejected, complaint in conciliation or complaint sent to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal). For those complaints referred to the CHRT for investigation, that the date each case was sent to the Tribunal as well as the names of the parties be provided.
