In a report on the Edmonton office's activities for 2020, the QA and Evaluation Branch at IRCC indicated that a significant proportion of work permit refusals it sampled had been refused by mistake (around 25%), and that one of the common mistakes on IRCC's part was related to an error on the IRCC 'Come to Canada' online questionnaire required before making online applications for temporary residence. That questionnaire, the report says, does not always generate the correct control list of documents to be provided. This was a known issue in 2020. The issue has still not been solved in 2022. Please provide all documentation from 2015-january-01 to 2022-july-15 concerning bugs and problems and possible fixes with the 'Come to Canada' online questionnaire, also called the 'Come to Canada Tool'. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/come-canada-tool.html . We're interested in all record formats from the work unit responsible for the website, including reports, memos, opinions, analysis, support tickets, chatlogs in teams or slack or other workplace chat solutions, and emails.
