[2] "A new backlog team was created to focus on reducing backlog and establish a strategy on an ongoing basis." - Please provide information about processes employed and the strategy established by the new backlog team to reduce backlog. [3] "Further to the LEAN review completed in 2017-2018, a new ATIP request retrieval process has been successfully implemented in one sector and reduced turnaround time for providing records responsive to an ATIP request." - Please provide the final copy of the information resulting from the LEAN review of 2017-2018. Also, identify the one sector that's mentioned and provide information for the reduction achieved [4] "Implementation of a new procedure to better monitor validation efforts and assess training needs for employees processing ATIP requests." - Please provide final copies of the new procedure mentioned. If this request turns out to be unreasonably voluminous and will severely affect department resources then please contact me as I am open to making modifications to this request.
