I want to get data on ATIP requests the IRCC receives, specifically for their citizenship branch from January 1 2020 to now 1- the number of requests received, and average, median, shortest and longest response times to those requests separated by each month and separated to Access to Information Act vs Privacy Act requests for Citizenship Files. 2- Regarding the requests that took more than 30 days to receive a response, for how many of them did the IRCC simply delay these requests without informing the requestor of a formal extension, and how many of those the IRCC informed of a formal extension under the relevant sections of the Acts for Citizenship files. 3- How many complaints did the IRCC receive regarding these delays for Citizenship files 4- How many requests did the IRCC simply refuse and did not complete without formally informing the requestor as per the Acts separated to ATI vs Privacy Act requests for Citizenship files 5- any notes, briefings, emails, etc. that explain or talk about why the IRCC is not following the Access to information Act and privacy act properly regarding time extensions and refusals
