Req # A-2021-00006

I am seeking technical records related to the creation and maintenance of records on the National Register of Electors and List of Electors. For clarity, from publicly available sources, it sounds like this process would require database systems and computer programs/scripts to perform activities such as the import of various data sources from other government agencies; identity resolution to merge records to the same individual or create new entries; the assignment of unique identifiers; validation of eligibility; address standardization; the assignment of districts (e.g. electoral districts and polls); and quality assurance and security processes. I am seeking the following as they relate to this process: data model descriptions (e.g. DMLE-R diagrams, data dictionaries) of the various source, intermediate and final data sets; internal code bases and SQL scripts used to build intermediate and final records on the National Register of Electors; and technical documentation used internally for maintaining the National Register of Electors and producing the List of Electors. Please maintain any plaintext digital records (e.g. source code) as plaintext files.
