Please provide the following: a) the level of each within the Public service Executive or Assistant Deputy Head hierarchy; b) the job description (this is a generic term) detailing the role and responsibilities for each of the following Deputy Information Commissioners; and c) the salary range for the current incumbent for each of the following three positions. a. Deputy Commissioner, Legal Services and Public Affairs; b. Deputy Commissioner, Corporate Services, Strategic Planning and Transformation Services; and, c. Deputy Commissioner, Investigations and Governance. Please provide records providing the rationale as to why the Information Commissioner (past or present) elected to appoint Deputies under the current (or predecessor) TBS Policy on the Management of Executives as well as the Directive on Executive (EX) Group Organization and Classification and in so doing a) purposely bypassed a statutory authority provided by subsection 56(2) of the Act; b) and, in so doing, elevated the rank and status of such "Assistant Information Commissioners" to that of "Deputy Information Commissioners.' For each of the three positions of Deputy Information commissioners, please provide copy of records which were approved by the Information Commissioner (past or prevent) for the creation and classification of each of the above listed positions classified in accordance with the TBS Policy on the Management of Executives as well as the Directive on Executive (EX) Group Organization and Classification. Please send me the administrative documents (directives, regulations, procedures, proposed work methods, training materials, etc.) received from the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) or created by the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages to assess and document accommodation requests with respect to the vaccination requirement for employees. I would also like to receive copies of all documents that are (or will be or have been) used to review and analyze accommodation requests, whether medical or religious (template, evaluation table, criteria, etc.). I would also like to receive copies of the documents that will be used to determine or assess the "sincerity" of religious beliefs or vaccine exemptions that non-vaccinated employees must file.
