I would like to receive the following information: A full version of the guidance document Exemption from disclosure: personal information. The document published on the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) website is missing some text from one page to the next (ex. page 3 to 4, page 5 to 6, page 6 to 7, page 8 to 9, etc.); The statistics on complaints registered by the OIC in 2021-22 broken down by federal institution. I cannot find the breakdown of complaints registered by the OIC about the refusal of access to information by federal department or institution, in the annual report. This segmentation would allow readers of the annual report to have a better understanding of the state of play, rather than only an overview.

OIC Annual Report. The Information Commissioner is required by law to submit an annual report to Parliament. Over the years, the OIC Annual Report to Parliament incorporates pertinent statistical data, graphics as well as several high-quality professional images of the Commissioner, members of senior management team and other personnel, allegedly by a commercial corporate photographer. To assist you in identifying responding records, we wish to advise you of our interest of having access to all records which would demonstrate in their entirety the cost for producing such an annual report. Our interest ais three-fold: 1. We wish to have access to records indicating how many physical copies of the OIC 2021-2022 Annual Report were produced and their cost. Also, please provide the distribution list for the mailing of these printed reports. 2. We wish also to have access to records indicating the cost for having the OIC 2021-2022 the digital version of the OIC 2021-2022 Annual Report uploaded on the OIC webpage. 3. We wish to have access to information in records indicating the overall actual costs paid by the OIC for the design, imagery, photography, preparation and production of the OIC 2021-2022 Annual Report, this includes but is not restricted to the hiring of consultants re communications strategy, design and production; hiring professional firms for writing, editing and proofreading in English and French; translation services; photography; graphics and imagery; social media promotion, printing and mailing; microsite creation services; and, copyright costs

The 202I-2022 Annual Report of the Office of the Information Commissioner [OIC] is richly adorned with high-quality images of the Commissioner as well as a gallery of the three Assistant Commissioners and several employees. To assist you in identifying responding records, we wish to advise you of our interest of having access to all records which would demonstrate in their entirety the cost for producing such pictures/photos/images which includes but is not limited to the hiring of professional corporate photographers. Also, please provide copy of correspondence (emails or letters) between the OIC personnel and the said photographers to schedule and arrange for photo sessions. Please provide copy of invoices as well as records of payments by the OIC for such services.
