I am looking for documents from DND that create the project, and any government memorandums on budget, personnel and objectives for Project Phoenix. I am looking for any safety and experiment guidelines for the high-altitude simulations that were created. I am looking for any memorandums on the health, well-being and assignments of all staff on the Project. In short, I am requesting every single document, or other element of media available available that is part of or references Project Phoenix.
