I would like to request the following information: From 2020 to March 2022 - the approval rate of Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa - TRV) and study permits for applicants from China and Vietnam. In addition, depending on applicants' age composition, is there any difference in approval rates for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa - TRV) and study permits for applicants from China and Vietnam from 2020 to March 2022? Would you please provide the statistical information about that difference? Also, from 2020 to March 2022, for applicants from China and Vietnam who apply for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa - TRV) and study permits, is there any difference for the approval rate if the applicants is applying for their own comparing with applying in a family group? Please provide the statistical summary of that approval rate (Visitor Visa and study permits from China and Vietnam from 2020 to March 2022) when the applicants applied for themselves compared with applying for themselves with their parents.

We are looking specifically for approval/refusal rates for C42 (spouse of international student) work permit applications processed out of the Manila mission abroad. in the past - (several years ago) I filed a similar request and was told the Manila mission does not separate processing stats (ie approval/refusal rates) stats for types of Work permits. It is likely this has changed as you can see (attached) IRCC does have stats per work permit type. The only way this can be collected (in my understanding) is by receiving stats simillar in nature from overseas processing centers like Manila. Please provide the Manila-specific stats for OWP (C42) processed there. My primary interest is the stats from the Manila embassy (specifically) however if there is a central document (that does not require multiple mission outreach) where these stats are compartmentalized (approva/refusal rates by processing missions) we would gladly accept that also. As you can see (attached) the stats we have on hand now are overall rates and not specific to a particular processing centre (rather a combination of all stats collected together)
