I am requesting records of all communications between the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) and CanWhite Sands Corporation/HD Minerals over the period of March 11 2021 to the end of this year (Dec.30, 2021). I am requesting records of all communications between the IAAC and other bodies external to the IAAC concerning the Vivian Sand Processing Facility Project and Vivian Sand Extraction Project. These external bodies include Manitoba and federal government officials and departments, CN Rail, Centra Gas Manitoba Inc., Friesen Drillers Ltd. and any other agencies involved in this project. Please include transcripts and minutes of all phone calls and online meetings with IAAC officials regarding the Vivian Sand Project. Please send records of ongoing communications until the Dec. 30, 2021. If records of ongoing communications until Dec.30, 2021 is not allowed please send all records of all communications from Mach 11, 2021 up to this date, July 19, 2021. Communication records should include all emails, documents, and records of phone calls and meetings in electronic form.
