Any RCMP or Department of Justice records related to Nicholas Ivanenko and his wife Helen Ivanenko (née Mars). The Ivanenko's were owners of a farm in Scarborough during the 1940s on which radium was processed. This property was implicated in the 1945 fraud charges against Marcel Pochon, Carl French, and Boris Pregel. Helen Ivanenko died in the 1970s. Nicholas Ivanenko died in November 1981.

Under Canada’s Access to Information Act, I request a copy of any any Royal Canadian Mounted Police or Canadian Security Intelligence Service records records regarding Alexander Orlov or Maria Orlov, including any inquiries regarding their stay in Quebec in 1938, the Orlovs’ 1955 application for admission to Canada, or the RCMP’s cooperation with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation or U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service investigations of the Orlovs in 1953-56. For reference, please see the citation at endnote 63 in the attached pages from the book Deadly Illusions by John Costello and Oleg Tsarev, which refers to a “Summary report on Orlov from Director FBI to Liaison representative with the RCMP in Ottawa, 19 July 1955. Alexander Orlov died April 7, 1973, and Maria Orlov died November 16, 1971. Proof of death is attached: pages from the U.S. Senate report “Legacy of Alexander Orlov.
