For each multi-unit residential property refinanced under the program, I am seeking the following: 1) Address (or town/city) 2) Date of most recent insured mortgage, date of previous mortgage 3) Number of units 4) Type of borrower (i.e. individual, holding company, principal business corporation, REIT, other) 5) Value of loan 6) Loan-to-value ratio 7) Net proceeds and breakdown of use (i.e. used to purchase new buildings, repairs, equity takeout) 8) Amortization 9) Interest rate 10) Average rent and net operating income at the time of the most recent mortgage, and average rent and net operating income at the time the previous mortgage was signed.
