I am requesting all records showing the number of applications for permanent residency were filed by temporary foreign workers, including but not limited to workers in the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program, in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island in 2021 and 2022. Additonally, records of the number of applications that were approved in 2021 and 2022 and the number of applications that were rejected in 2021 and 2022. I request that the numbers be broken down by year, province, type of visa, type of work permit (e.g. open or closed work permit) pathways of immigration for these workers (e.g. Agri-Food Pilot Program) and Temporary Foreign Worker Program Application (e.g. Agricultural, Caregiver, etc.). Please disaggregate based on inland and overseas applications. Timeframe is January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
