Constable Downing resigned from the RCMP in May 2015. He worked in the St-Albert, Morinville and Leduc detachments. If one or more complaints have been made against him as a member of the RCMP, I would like to obtain a copy of the following types of records: Complaint forms sent to the CRCC by complainants; Complaint forms sent to the RCMP by the complainants and sent to the CRCC; RCMP letters sent to complainants following the public complaint investigation; Interim and final reports of the Chairperson following the review of a public complaint.
