Hello, I would like to get a copy of the report showing the results of the average life of a building’s components, that is building and finishing materials. I found a document with the title "Average life of building components" on the following website: http://www.coph.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Dur%C3%A9e-de-vie-moyenne-des-composants-du-b%C3%A2timent.pdf. In this table, it says that this data is from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in 2018. But there is no reference to the study that produced the results of the table. Under ATIP AF-2020-00103, CMHC released some information related to its rental construction financing initiative, including amount, city, date and interest rate. I am seeking a similar, updated, list of projects with additional information related to affordability. The rental construction financing initiative contains requirements related to affordability. One states that at least 20% of units must have rents below 30% of the median total income of all families for the area, and the total residential rental income must be at least 10% below its gross achievable residential income.
