This is a request for disclosure of the following information: manuals, training modules, internal guidelines and regulations regarding the assessment process for becoming a panel member/physician participating in the immigration medical examination (IME) system. This includes the request for application forms, checklists, questionnaires, and the rules/guidelines applicable to the selection process. In particular, the delegated authority (rights and obligations) that the IRCC regional medical offices (London, Manila, New Delhi, Americas) have and principles/rules they have to follow in accepting and/or selecting, and processing applications from the candidates who are interested in becoming panel physicians authorized to conduct IME. Please disclose statistics data regarding the number of applications submitted to the Overseas Regional Medical Office (RMO) in New Delhi from January 2016 to August 2021, and how many of those have been processed, approved, and refused.
