Dillon Consulting Limited (Dillon) has been retained by Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC) to conduct a Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the Pass Island Slipway Site and Pass Island Wharf Site in Pass Island, Newfoundland and Labrador (NL).
